satisfactory stay

varied choice good service missing instructions slow warm

i found the breakfast offered a varied choice and good service. the quality of the breakfast was excellent. our room was nice and neat. it included a large en suite bathroom..

the heating was not on when i arrived. there were no instructions available in the room. it took several hours for the apartment to warm up.. i felt that a little forethought to put the heating on before arrival would have been beneficial.

faulty temperature controls abrasive lighting

the breakfast offered a good, freshly cooked selection in addition to cereals and fruit.

the shower presented a most unsatisfactory experience it took several minutes to heat, and the temperature controls were faulty, providing either excessive heat or coldness. the hard laminated flooring detracted from the room's comfort, and i found it inferior to carpet. furthermore, the room lighting was quite abrasive, and the bed was not comfortable at all.

friendly staff spacious room

The staff was always around. They were friendly and helpful. the building is lovely and in a perfect location. the room was very spacious and clean. food was good.

The single beds were small. If you're tall you're screwed unless you like your feet hanging out.
